seriously. i thought you were following the f2p model but apparently refuse to give enough coins to purchase the next battle pass if you don’t waste them on other cosmetics and also complete every battle pass.

Where is the “refusal” to not give enough coins to buy back the pass?
Their plan is you can get enough coins every 2 seasons to get a pass, so you can always unlock a hero quickly (I think)

Yeah but you can get the hero either way. It’s just to try and leech as much money out of people who want cosmetics.

that is horrible plan if you ask me the main thing why people getting battlepass used to be ‘’ getting rarest cosmetics that won’t return again ‘’ now they made it ‘’ getting early access for the newest heroes ‘’

Yeah like usually the deal is you buy the BP and then if you invest your time and don’t waste the coins you get the rest ‘free.’ So I buy.
As a person who doesn’t really care much for cosmetics, if i’m not going to be able to buy the second battle pass with currency from the first then I don’t see a point in purchasing them at all, especially when it’s obvious they’ve designed it this way because they know cosmetic collectors will spend $10 every 9 weeks for the limited cosmetics, whether they played a lot or not/

Why is anyone who says anything negative about the game or voices any question a ‘constant complainer.’ I’m just pointing out that they lied (again, surprise surprise).
Anyway, game didn’t have a positive reaction in the live chat of the reveal, so I don’t think it would be smart for me to invest money in the game either way lol, at least until they can prove they are competent again…

Out here trying to antagonize people and make out everyone talking about OW2 is only complaining like a small group of like 10 people on the forum.
Spend some time getting out of gold instead, rather than trying to fight with people confused about tf is happening in the f2p model

Tbf, as a person who was in Masters Support, the people in Silver and Gold right now are not going to get out of that rank because of the way they play. It’s horrible.
They’d make so much money if they let people below a certain SR buy SR gain multipliers or something… hmm
(but yes, lower ranks are terrible rn. Then again, people who are slightly above their rank on tank or DPS should have an easier time as opposed to support players)
I mean, that’s how Fortnite does it for example. Gives ya 1500 V-bucks, enough for the next BP and a little extra, and they’re known for their pretty dang good BP.

So pay 10$ twice…and get the next 10 “free” (if you play the ever living hell out of the game)
Over the course of the year that’s 80$….(edit - that’s not right it’s not 10 each month…I can’t do maths…probably half that)
looks at old system which also had same amount of content on bp for 60$ and paid for itself every single year….

You get 500 coins just from the free pass…
Enough coins to for half the cost is not bad either. It’s basically buy 2, get one free assuming you finish all the coin rewards. And if you can earn coins without paying at all then I don’t even see any reason to complain. That’s literally the premium currency for simply playing the game.
Need to see all the weekly challenges but the small bit they showed is a lot of games in modes people might not necessarily play……it looks VERY grindy
