Does it mention which .dll is missing in the error? Can you get a screenshot of it and post it on something like tinypic/imgur so we can check it out?

2024 here and I jus started getting this; out of the blue the launcher no longer opens/launches at all; tried all the suggested steps an more I found on youtube; nothing works. ALL other launchers work (Rockstar/Epic/Uplay/Origin/Steam); so pretty sure this is 100% on battle.net end.
