I was loading up Overwatch and had to wait for the new update, I wanted to see what all was new and clicked on patch notes. It opened the path notes and then opened the OWL All-Access Pass in another window, I closed it and proceeded to click Play Now for Overwatch and it just re opened the All-Access Pass in a new window. I decided to start clicking on random tabs in the Battle Net and every time I clicked on something it would open the Purchase All-Access Pass in a new window.
