I went to use my battle net balance to buy OW coins to get that Princess Mercy skin, after it asked for my password it took my coins and gave me the Lifeweaver Swan skin.
I’ve put in a ticket, since it seems like this is a problem with the Bnet app itself, but idk if anything will happen.
