Electronics don’t like water very much, majority are using cybernetics or electrical weapons (rip Winston), there’s also some who’s weapons would simply be ruined by water (Rip Ashe’s dynamite) so it would be understandable to simply swim away from the fight since your weapons are now useless lmao
Turtles are known for being tough. Bastion is a giant snail, hides in its shell, big hitbox, and easy to kill.
