As someone who plays Bastion i find it easier to aim in low sensitivity for recon mode and high sensitivity for sentry

I agree. Luckily I have 2 presets of DPI on my mouse so I can switch it on the fly, but having to press an extra button while I might hop in and out of the modes 5 times in 10 seconds gets really annoying

We have different sensitivities for scopes, so why not different modes?

Do you have mouse that has that weird sniper button or something like that? you can modify it to lower or increase dpi
I’d like to have a keyboard sensitivity toggle as sometimes I need to whip around fast to aim at the genji/tracer who dashed behind me but still track hanzo as he bounces around 30m away from me.
Me too but I find the time cost of shifting my mouse grip is too much, it would be marginally better to have a consistent mouse grip.
It’s how I played all the Call of Duty games where I always rebound the ADS buttom from right click to left-shift. Even with shotguns using ADS didn’t do anything for damage or spread EXCEPT adjust your aim sensitivity after you’ve quickly spun around now need to quickly make finer aim adjustments once “in the box”.
It would be a great QoL change.
Can bastion also have different sens for tank mdoe?

Mercy should for pistol and beam too, but blizzard seems to not want to do this for any hero for some reason.

If you have a mouse with a side button couldn’t you just bind it to one of your side buttons?
Yeah, this would be nice, I want a lower sens in sentry mode.
This has no downside and us Bastion payers would appreciate it.

That’s still on the mouse, I’d have to shift my grip.
I got big hands, I’ve never had a mouse large enough that I can “palm” I gotta grip it between thumb and ring finger.
My middle finger is on right click which I have bound to reconfigure. Timing reconfigure requires as much precision as timing fire, you never want to transform a frame too early or too soon.
It’s like binding jump to right click for high speed characters.
And I don’t want to adjust my grip AT ALL.
I tried holding right-mouse-button to be “hold down to go to alternate sensitivity” and I found the different resistance of two buttons pushing down on the mouse into the mouse mat subtly messed with my aim and didn’t improve the situation at all.

Bastion? Who is that?
Bastion should be reworked or removed from the game all together i am good with either perfer removed but the chances of that is slime so rework it is
