Seriously Torb has been sliding down the gutter further and further with each new hero released except for Doomfist. Right now he can only place his turret reliably 1/4 of the time.

Torb is getting a rework supposedly where his turret can be thrown a short distance when you deploy it and it auto upgrades to level 2 at some point so thatāll make it easier to set up by throwing it in a corner and forgetting it.
The dwarf has a rework confirmed that is coming soon, the walking mini gun has nothing.

That hasnāt been confirmed, and honestly, throwing a turret sounds stupid since it negates the utility of Symās teleporter for Torb. Then again, Brig kinda negated Torb in many ways.
In any case it isnāt confirmed and heās been plagued with crippling bugs for a month.

He can throw it through the teleporter Iām assuming and they wanted to reduce his dependence on his turret making it highly likely that they will go through with him being able to throw it a short distance so you can forget it easier.
I beleive it was confirmed in an interview with one of the devs a couple of weeks ago.
I just hope they either make it upgrade by itself just as fast as if he was hitting it, or allowing him to hit it.
I hope his hammer will have a use.

We havenāt even been acknowledged let alone mentioned in over a year and a half.
