Dive only took off in the first place because theee 2 biggest dive tank counters were nerfed in unison with the dive tanks getting buffed. Hog and Bastion being sent to F-tier meant Tracer, a hero never touched before, and Genji, could roam free.
If you want to nerf dive, then either Hog and Bastion need more buffs, or Dva needs heavy nerfs, since sheās been the meta baby across the past 3 metas.
