Mei wall and road hook. Lift them over their shield and hook either one, most likely bastion because Orisa has her shift. If the Orisa is smart she’ll use it to body block for bastion.

Hanzo’s ultimate will force them to scatter away and will hopefully allow your team to pick them off before they can reassemble.
Good flanks can distract the Bastion and provide enough counter fire to break the shield and have a chance at killing the Orisa and Bastion. Genji can deflect Bastion’s primary or stall him long enough to be useless in the fight while Tracer can well, just be annoying as usual with her blinks, recall and her devastating pulse bomb against a stationary Bastion.
Sombra’s hack while the two are distracted will kick Bastion out of sentry mode or prevent Orisa from redeploying a shield, making it easier to focus on their only line of defense.
Or just go battle Mercy with Valkyrie, those things are terrifying.
Uninstall Overwatch and play something else
Mei plus Hanzo would probably work really well. Just wall, and both DPS rush in and nuke the cart. And two ultimates that clear the payload.
D.Va dive with DM and team follows up, Reaper flank (get in and get out), a counter Bastion (or some way to break sheilds), Zen discord.

Honestly I like to fight fire with fire… Meaning just go orisa and bastion yourself, or add a rein or/and junk. Assuming I have a decent team, I can outplay an enemy orisa 9.8 times out of 10.
The best thing you can do is shoot your orb and yank Bastion wayyy to the side of the shield, off the side of the cart, or off the ledge that’s being protected. It really is quite easy to do. Even if he gets up to dodge it, he has to switch and stop firing. Hell scramble, their orisas shield will drop before yours, and your team is now free to steam roll.
Not entirely sure, but a Mei wall can provide a lot of cover to rush the cart, and Hanzo can climb the wall.
And I’m leaning towards becoming a Mei Main.
Focus the bastions attention and grab the orisa. A skilled road hog can do it, pharah can do it, an a reinhardt with TONS of pocketing can name it (to name a few).
Get a tracer or genji or reaper (something that poses a threat to bastion) and get behind him. If your genji (which I recommend the most, he is the strongest counter in my opinion).
starts firing, it will direct the bastions attention, causing him to fire at the genji. Deflect, hopefully killing him. If it doesn’t, that’s fine. In the time it takes the bastion to wait out the deflect (where 99% of the time the genji and bastion will just awkwardly stare at each other), go and A. Hook the orisa, concussive blast her away from her spot, or simply charge her as reinhardt. with coordination, you can take out the orisa so fast that the bastion won’t have any protection.
There are other ways though, most involving shield breakers like bastion or junkrat. Just win the war of attrition and you’ll be fine if your doing this option.
Additionally, A rein charge while the bastion is distracted can end it quickly (though the orisa could fortify and block the charge if they are good enough)
