Bastion forces your team to play differently. That is the point. The same way how Phar Mercy changes things.
The ironic part is every time they leave, they lose 50 SR, which just drops them further into the territory where you’re likely to see Bastion almost every game, which will just cause them to leave more games, and drop more SR.
It’s a cruel and totally well thought out cycle.

Is it really 0 percent? Like, literally no one picks Bastion?
I doubt it’s 0% for real, there’s probably some people with hidden profiles who play Bastion in GM, but he is very low in pickrate generally even for him at this moment at all ranks.
Bastion’s pickrate at GM this week is 0.00%. I mean OP plays in Bronze where Bastion is actually viable, but above that he’s not seen.
Maybe like 1 - 5 people in GM still play Bastion every 5 matches or so.
His pickrate is so low in GM rank it isn’t even tracked on Overbuff anymore.
So it just says 0.00%.
I consider this a troll thread as this has nothing relevant to the Overwatch community as a whole. Your just asking for attention so people can read your thread about how much you hate a hero. I hope you enjoy the -XP penalty
Bastion is like… the third worst character in this game dude. Play hanzo, aim at bastion and storm arrow him.
If that doesn’t work play phara and shoot three rockets at him and he’s dead.
And if that still doesn’t work play sombra, get behind him, and shoot his weakspot for massive damage…
And if that still doesn’t work use Genji and deflect him to death.
And if that doesn’t work use Mei and icewall him out of posistion or off from his team.
And if that doesn’t work use reaper and shotgun his head.
And if that doesn’t work use Sigma and make bastion completely worthless.
And if that doesn’t work use Ana and sleep dart him.
And if that doesn’t work use roadhog and hook him.
Like there are tons of counters for him in this game.
You play Hanzo… It should be very easy to kill Bastions. Especially at your SR where I assume they are mostly sitting ducks.
