…I glad I left Yugioh, I don’t even want to know what these new blue cards mean…(still have my the six samerai and Knights of the round table decks)
meanwhile…MTG is really where it’s at, Yugioh does not even compare to the fun I have over here.

Banned. It’s the best card in the game, double S teir amongst broken cards.
Those new blue cards are link monsters. Konami changed the rules, now there’s a sixth monster zone and you can only summon extra deck monsters to that zone. That’s where links come in: link monsters have an arrow for each monster it takes to summon them, and you can summon extra deck monsters to the zones they point to.
Now the game is slower, and outdated archetypes are being given link monsters that fix their problems.

Firewall Dragon was broken for a long time. People said they wouldn’t ban it because it’s the anime hero’s main signature card lol.
Reminds me of Tracer and by extension, Brigitte.
They banned Pot of Greed because nobody could understand its effects…

It was a plus one and your deck was 39 and not 40 with Pot of Greed.
MTG is my favorite out of the card games, it allows for so many different strategies. I am actually currently in a game shop waiting for some new cards for a MTG deck.

Hilarious but I was kinda hoping for a more serious answer. I’ve been thinking about trying a new card game but I want to be sure about my pick since it’s an expensive hobby.
Trust me, it’s better card game then Yugioh

Basically Yugioh is where money goes to get murdered and Magic you can build a solid deck from scratch for about $50.
