Basic Perk settings for customs?

I posted this in Workshop Discussion but honestly it’s more of a general feature that we need which doesn’t even have anything to do with Workshop so I think it’s better suited here.

We need more control over Perks

we need actions or hero settings to control the perk system. We should be able to choose if a hero is equipped with a specific perk or not. Like if I want ONLY Orisa to spawn in with her shield perk but no other perks on any other heroes to be active, I should be able to do that. Update: Idea for the system: Each Hero Setting (including General) should have a new subcategory labeled “Perks”, which should have 5 options.
