Bap has a high skill ceiling so metal rank players don’t know how op bap is. Higher rank players complain about bap all the time.

No one is safe here, no matter the main or elo you have, there will always be complaints from one or another hero 
He’s definitely one of the most attractive but his lamp needs to go.
