He’s gotten two new skins since Overwatch 2 dropped and both of them have basically just been recolors, one of which you have to buy in the shop. I’m really like his new default look but can my boy please get something a little more creative next time? He’s already kind of lacking in the good skins department.

I’d say Spec Ops is better than Arctic; that great big blue snowflake clipart ruins it for me.
Also, Talon deserves to be on the list

Agreed. This is kinda unbelivable how sideline this character gets. Used to be my favorite Support but in 5v5 he’s to easy to counter. And he gets the absolute trash skins since OW2 launch - as you said, basically just posh recolours.
He has great skins, like Disco nad Tropical, Talon, Terra Cotta, Snowboarder or Combat Medic.
The trouble is those are all skins from OW1. He didn’t/won’t get any premium, themed skins from any OW2 season (Cyber Punk, Greek or Japanese) up to now and he didn’t even get any original quality skins in-between or on any seasonal event since OW2 started.

Personally I wouldn’t put Desert Camo and Optic OPs up there. To me they’re like low B-tier at best.

I love green and hence I love Desert. Also the armor is legit, and I wish more OW heroes would sport more combat armor. Makes me think of Destiny.

Oh crap, I thought you were talking about THE camo skin haha. Yeah, alright, I do like Desert OPs more than Optic OPs if that’s what you’re talking about. The armored look is nice, especially cause it’s not too bulky. Love to see them do a similar armored look in Overwatch 2 now that they’re working with an improved engine.

to only have talon and snowboard proves that devs never cared about bap to begin with. which is why they gave him some strange sissy dance. all other outfits are essentially a halloween costume. as all others are that hideous. which contributes to why he’s rarely played.
Imagine if he got a formal suit to look like an agent with fancy as heck looking weapon and another thing to induce some hype…
What if Baptiste got a DBZ Saiyan Warrior skin with a scouter since he has a “his power level is over 9000” reference spray.

I 100% agree. It is shameful that he has gotten 2 lackluster epics where even Sigma has gotten a legendary at the least and a better epic for himself.

Dudes got some good epic skins like Vampire and Combat Medic in Overwatch 1.
While in Overwatch 2 his got “blue steel but it’s ten dollars” and now “red but its in the battlepass”
His disco skin always make me laugh. We need more ppl playing Bap with that skin.

Yeah bap often gets skins that are quite boring, this was the case with ow1 skins as well.
Somehow he suffers from the same problem as zarya.
But he has some very nice ones.
