Baptiste is holding what seems to be a small healthpack.
What does he do with them?
We know Sombra hacks them, does he add new ones to the game?
So does that mean Sombra is both a counter and one he synerzises well with?
But I really donāt know anything about weapons!
What can you guess heāll do from the weapon heās holding?

- As many have pointed out, his weapon has two triggers.
- As noname pointed out, the green matter in his weapon is probably yellow, but it looks green through the blue translucent plastic.
- As some have pointed out, his weapon looks very much like a grenade launcher.

I wonder, if he can deploy healthpacks, can he put some in higher ground for the Pharah or Widow?
That could mean he synergizes well with DPS.

Not sure how heāll work for certain but heāll likely toss them out. Iām guessing either Torbjornās mechanic or heāll have charges with like a 5 second cooldown.

I think he will work like Deckard Caine in Hots. Generate healthpacks and leaves them on filed. Also get extra armor when he is near allies.

Right off the bat, Iām expecting Junkrat who shoots explosive health packs.
Which sounds freaking awesome.
His weapon looks like it has a ānoob toobā on it, good size for small health packs.
- shoot teammate crowd, they get healing proportionate to explosive radius.
Heāll have a low skill floor but high ceiling just based on that.

I want to see what his ultimate will be.
Healer ultimates typically Amplify, Heal or a mix of the two.
I want him to be the first Healer with a heal-denial ultimate.
His primary weapon appears to be a grenade launcher, so perhaps his ultimate could turn his next clip into anti heal grenades
Keep in mind, Blizzard spoke of making new heros having weaker ultimates that charge faster, so this will work if itās in that category.

I think he throws out health packs like Torb used to do with armor. Just without scrap mechanic i guess.
Maybe deploys health pack stations, and/or interacts with existing stations somehow? Give them additional charges perhaps?
At a glance his Weapon looks like a shotgun, which would be timely given the recent changes meant to benefit shotgun users. That said it could just as easily be some kind of launcher weapon, which we only have a few of.
Please have a deployable āsticky webā that slows enemies walking through it so we can have a GOATs counter.

That would be cool, but from his origin video sounds against his character. He seems very focused on wanting to help people, not take away their healing.

His weapon is 100% a healing grenade launcher, it has shells and yellow mist inside. So heās going to be an AOE explosive healer.
Medpacks Iām assuming maybe he can stock them, and bring them to teammates or place a med pack station on the ground for a minute or two.
He also has some sort of antenna on his back, could be some form of Ultimate Air Strike or Recon tool.

At first I thought he was using an LMG. And then Overwatch Central pointed out it looks like a grenade launcher. Hopefully both. I want hitscan.
