So i was just banned for approx 10 mins after servers crashed, why?

I see a lot of post like yours lately, is this issue in certain region?
Maybe , this was happening in Australia. happened a second time so I stopped playing.

They suspend any vacated game regardless of cause. Happens.
Happened again tonight, now banned for 15 mins. Funny thing is i was able to re-connect within about 1 min 30 seconds so wasnt a server crash this time and we actually won the match after the first round loss. Team was in great spirits despite this. Never lost internet during that time at all just connection to battle net. I’ve been playing over 3 years now and never seen it like this.
