Banned for "hacking" - new account (did I play too well?)

So I just made a new account and played it for less than two days. This morning I played a few games and then got banned mid session for “hacking.” The email I received claims “Recent activity on this account shows the use of an unauthorized cheat program.” Is this because I played the game too well on a new account? I don’t have anything on my PC that could even be mistaken for a cheat engine so was I banned for having a high win rate in quick play automatically? My accuracy wasn’t unusually high and all my gameplay can be verifiably unaltered by just glancing at any of it. The email also said they would not reply to appeals.

Idk what happened with the report system, but they certainly did something to it. Had my account for almost the entirety of OW1 till now, haven’t been using text chat in years (had it turned off due to insane toxicity), no VC, no annoying constant voice line spam, only played QP and arcade (long done with competitive), never threw games, didn’t one trick and switched characters when needed/countered, never used cheats (just had really good aim from my old CoD sniper days), and bam, today, after all these years, I suddenly got hit with a perma ban on my only account (no prior warnings for anything, nor any reason for the ban given in the e-mail either), after trying to re-connect to the wonky game server many many times for the Halloween event, for which I just reinstalled the game …

And honestly, even if Blizz recovers my account, if someone will even bother to look at my ticket, I think I’m 100% done with this company (and game) now. It just keeps getting worse and worse in all aspects and this was just the final straw for me, to lose all of my paid cosmetics over the years and my entire account for no reason like this.

I got the same Problem… played since 2016 and never got banned for cheating, because I never would do such things… But I wrote round about 5 Tickets and they say I have a cheatprogramm, but they don’t want tell me what programm it is. I was searching for it and found nothing. Now I think the new Blizzardprogramm reacts to my “easy anticheat” programm from Black Desert Online. But Blizzard doesn’t care about that. So 7 years of having fun in Overwatch now gone and I can’t do anything…
I also was streaming and told that the support, that I can prove that I was not cheating. But nothing, they say there is a programm and the Bann will stay.

I’ve had BDO running in the background years before while playing OW at the same time and it never happened, but now when I have already uninstalled BDO, bam, suddenly it happens, so I don’t think it was BDO’s fault.

Also, I’ve heard from other players that these threads are being scrubbed from US OW forums (saw a few pop up today, which soon were then nowhere to be found anymore), but the one on EU forums still seems to be up (for now). (I’m from EU, so I wrote about my issues there the most and about the useless “follow-up” form Blizz along with some other players that have experienced this recently.)

Yesterday my Blizzard account was permanently banned for hacking. when I appealed it they Suspended my girl friend and 2 other friends of mine. In the Game overwatch I kept killing a reaper as Roadhog and he told everyone in chat to report me. I said I wasn’t hacking and continued to kill the reaper and I actually lost my account because of it. I have been playing overwatch since 2016 and I take breaks from the game but still have over 1000 hours in the game 400 of the hours are on Roadhog alone. not to mention losing every skin I purchased in OW2 Including the Battle Pass skins. 100s of hours lost and 100s of dollars lost because of Blizzards lazy support team.

I have the exactly same problem. I did nothing, changed nothing on my PC, did not install anything new. And support ignores you.
