Please increase his healing from 30 to ~40 healing per second so I can stop trying to convince Zen 1-tricks to switch to something viable.

Or just revert to no role queue so that he’s a strong pick again 
That’s what happens when you have a dps character in the support category.
He’s solid. Pairs awesome with flankers. Discord on anything really messes up their sense of timing and cooldowns when jumped.
Well they can’t reduce his healing from 30 to 20 healing per second and move him into the damage category because the damage queues would probably average over 15 minutes.
Yeah, especially when he’s a ton of fun to play.
Zen has always been a support.
His playstyle just doesn’t work because you usually wanted 2 extra healers to maximize his value, which is no longer possible. Either way, his damage needs to stay.
To get value out of Zen you actually have to discord and damage priority targets. He combats the healing of stronger enemy supports by increasing the damage their team takes. He’s not bad, but probably being used in bad situations.
Zen also worked very well when Mercy had 60 hps as well. Cause you know, you had a good, consistent healer who could rez his butt after he died.
Ah well.
Forced Mandatory hero queue when
Generally he can be okay if the enemy team are not aggressive. But as soon as they know that’s what it takes, they usually just keep doing that until they win or you swap. Or you become Jjonak, which is very difficult to do consistently.
People wanted low healing, there you go. Wish granted.
If your not getting value from discord your not getting value from Zen. That’s the blunt truth.
He’s phenomenal if the enemy isn’t running heavy flankers or dive, and a solid choice if your team is positioning well(or running double shields) to avoid face tanking damage. He can still be run against flankers, but you NEED someone on your team to peel immediately and constantly be watching your back and flanks.
He’s got best in class damage, range, and Ult, and a top 3 ability in Discord. He’s not weak by any stretch, just justifiably squishy.
Would like to see some QOL for him like right click not consuming ammo until they shoot so there’s more utility for the melee interrupt, and reload not being interrupted by orb application. Make him a little less vulnerable but only if he’s skillful enough to actually hit them.
No, that thing was necessary, if he needs buffs he will get them sooner or later

I rarely win games with co-healer Zen. Unless that Zen is Jonnat… haha
I’d rather they just revert his Goats nerfs personally. Lower his orb damage back and increase Discord strength, it’s far less necessary now with 2-2-2 in place.
I will say Zenyatta is better now than he was in the past I feel. The main thing being that with reduced shield strength there is less shield up time allowing for more of his spam to come through and discord application to be useful.
To counter that though so many hitscan and flank characters in the DPS slot have increased in viability. We have more ranged DPS and each one has had a few buffs to improve their overall damage output. Dive/flank DPS are stronger as well and we have hammond/dva/winston that all abuse Zenyatta well.
Any characters with mobility through say Lucio speed boost such as Reinhardt roll over Zenyatta rather well. It hard to justify running Mercy or Zenyatta right now when CC effects and counter effects out of the support roster from lucio, ana, and Brigitte are so valuable.
Weak solo target healing, ranged damage, and damage increased are just not valuable anymore with all of the ways that exist still to artificially increase health pools such as shields, ice wall, iframe moves, armor packs from brig, etc.
