To whom it may concern,
There are multiple accounts on Xbox Live that have been participating in the federal crime of DDoSing in Overwatch competitive games, namely ToneyMantella61 and Phups. This has been an ongoing situation since at least the beginning of season 10 in April and has continued to be a problem to this day. ToneyMantella61, specifically, has no less than five alternate accounts that he uses in hopes that he will not be caught. Although Toney himself is not the one DDoSing, he is the one creating multiple accounts named to impersonate other players by changing L’s to capital i’s or vice versa, inviting players to parties, pulling their IP addresses, and giving those addresses to Phups, who IS the one DDoSing. Dozens upon dozens upon dozens of players have reported every one of these accounts, especially ToneyMantella61 and Phups, and Xbox has taken absolutely no action against them whatsoever.

Since I cannot attach any sort of media to this forum post, I cannot post the seven screenshots of incriminating evidence against ToneyMantella61 and Phups, including an incredibly arrogant tweet posted by ToneyMantella61 saying that we have no evidence to get his console banned, followed by a message sent to a good friend of mine, Aiamar, from Toney’s JUST M0NIKA account threatening to have him hit offline (by Phups) for a week.
The thing that aboslutely blows my mind about this entire situation is Xbox and Blizzard’s apparent apathy and unwillingness to take action against players committing literal federal crime, however people receive a six-month communication ban for swearing in a message. It is completely ridiculous and downright unacceptable conduct by Xbox of failure to uphold their own community standards as well as federal law. Simply banning ToneyMantella61 and Phups’ accounts will not do a single thing to stop the evident DDoSing “epidemic” going on in Overwatch Top 500 judging by how many alternate accounts they have both created to avoid being caught, I truly believe banning their consoles is the only way to stop federal crimes from being committed on Xbox Live servers. However, after three months of hundreds of reports against both ToneyMantella61 and Phups as well as all of the above listed alternate accounts, reaching out to Xbox customer service by email, phone, and Twitter, and having absolutely zero action taken against these players, I STILL do not realistically expect Xbox or Blizzard to actually do anything about it.
