So right now only Ana and Zen are unique characters with some intersting play style. All other support are just good because of their ability to play like a DPS or way to high mobility. Blizzard just failed to make Mercy, Baptiste and Lucio skills useful and unique and just gave them high damage and absurd survivability + spam potentional. This is a definition of a poor game balance and really funny to see. lucio is perfect, Ana lacks mobility btw. They could make her more swift
