I’m amazed people still don’t get what Juno ult does. You’d think moths would go toward the shiny but in OW2 they fly away 
I know that it buffs you in some way(s) by healing you and maybe something else and I know to take advantage of it by standing in the ray but to tell you specifically what it does I couldn’t say lmao
30% damage boost and 85 HPS ^^ (The damage boost was 35% before the latest patch)
I love whoever added the “questionable judgment” voice line to Mercy.
Anytime I see that, I answer with that.
But at least I get it, not every Mercy is playing her “correctly”. You expected that from me too.

To be fair, these things are usually orbital death rays and not orbital life rays. It’s not like the voice line helps, either. “Welcome to orbit!” doesn’t really… mean anything, Juno.
I still wish Bap’s April Fools ult voice line was the default, too. “Shoot through the big glowy thing! The big glowy thing!!” But at least “light 'em up” kinda tells teammates what they should be doing.
I love how fed up Bap sounds in that April Fools line xD

Revisiting this thread to say I’m not just STILL Plat, but I have reached Plat 4 for the second time in my life. I almost fell back to 5 immediately, but then won a couple of matches. Then lost one. IDK. MAYBE the positive trend will keep up and I’ll reach Plat 3 this season, a new peak. It’s possible at least
Edit: In demotion protection again but whatever, it could still go well
To play devils advocate without knowing what his health was and the risk involved in being within your orbital ray we can’t really judge his decision to stay in a safer position.

A loss streak will probably be coming soon but I expect diamond out of you at some point.
Really I’m starting to believe it too, at least vaguely. The game seems to be trying to gradually nudge me upwards; it seems like on average I gain very slightly more progress for wins than I lose for defeats. It’s still going to feel very strange if I do ever touch Diamond though, at the very least because my equipment is a bit of a joke compared to everyone else’s
Since the weekend is now in full force, I won’t be playing any more Comp until Monday. But then we will see how things go; I played one match after that last one and ended up in demotion protection because our tank decided to facetank a LITTLE too hard. I’m confident we would have won that match too if they had been only slightly more careful at the end of defense point A
