Bug Report - Missing Skins After Purchase in Overwatch

Issue Description:
I am a long-standing player and I encountered an issue regarding a recent purchase.
I purchased currency and what I believed to be the “bundle” containing exclusive skins from the event. However, when I logged into the game after the transaction, I found that the skins were not credited to my account. I only received the currency, but the skins I thought to have purchased were not present.
To clarify:
I successfully purchased the in-game currency required for the skins.
I selected the bundle which I believed would grant me the skins, and thought to have proceeded with the transaction.
I then logged out fairly immediately.
Upon logging in, I noticed that I still had the same amount of currency as before (equivalent to the price of the bundle), but no skins were added to my account.
The event has now ended, and I can no longer make a direct purchase for the skins, which were from my favourite show and I was really excited about them. This issue has left me feeling disheartened and frustrated as I was eagerly looking forward to this event.
Steps to Reproduce:
-Log into Overwatch.
-Purchase in-game currency for the specific event.
-Select the event bundle and complete the transaction.
-After purchase, log back into the game and check for the skins in the inventory.
-The skins are missing, and only the currency is reflected.
Expected Result: Upon completing the purchase, the skins associated with the event bundle should be credited to my account.
Actual Result: The skins were not delivered, and I only received the currency equivalent to the price of the bundle.
Request for Assistance:
As a loyal player, I am reaching out to request your help in resolving this issue. The skins in question are from my favourite show, and I am truly disheartened that the transaction did not go through as expected. I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist in either granting me the skins I purchased using the in game currency I bought for this particular bundle or refund the full amount to my banking account.
