Checking through reporting for your network service provider it looks like the average latency is in the 50-60ms range range. Since the issue is only impacting a limited number of players we may want to try some troubleshooting.
Here’s what I got:
- Reset the modem/router to factory. Check with the manufacturer for instructions as it is specific to each device.
- Reset the Windows Network Reset.
