Just started playing for the first time since midway-ish through season 4.
Often once loaded into a match or the firing range the audio, especially noticeably the gun firing, sounds as if it is being duplicated and played over itself.
The voicelines from the hero you are playing as also sound oddly distant.
Tried restarting the game and double checked the headset and audio on other apps and games are working fine, still having the issue.
Yeah, it’s some bug they purposely made. Why? Good question. When will they fix it? Apparently a “future patch”. It’s quite embarrassing what state they left the game in.
Maybe we can buy a “legacy audio” pack bundled with the season 6 battlepass 
I vomited a little in my mouth reading that, because I can actually picture that happening.
Been a week now.
You’d think they’d have fixed it by this week/urgently, since it’s quite off-putting.
It’s been OVER a week now, but by now I shouldn’t be surprised. It’s only been 8 months since their last update on career profiles. They’re too busy jamming skins and terrible overpriced PVE in our face.
