Audio glitch "buzzing" sound

Since the update two days ago (1/12/21) I have had a “buzzing” sound start when I enter the main menu (after I connect to servers). I have not had this problem before with any other program on my computer, or with overwatch itself.

EDIT: The issue still persists after closing all other tasks and applications that are safe to be closed. The issue is entirely game related.

EDIT 2: The issue seems to stop after a bit of time, however it continues to be a problem when first entering the game

You may have a background app that is being activated by launching the game, or perhaps there is an issue with the sound driver.

The sound drivers are fine, ill check for background apps
