I removed my phone number from the old blizzard account and replaced to my new one but It still says: ''Attached mobile phone number has already been used to create a different overwatch game account. Please update mobile number in battle.net account management or contact customer support.
I have this same problem, but no solution currently. I hope I find a solution, I come back and say so if I find one.
I deleted my account last year and created a new one recently to play OW2 again, but I am facing the same issue; the old account literally doesn’t exist anymore. Am I just not allowed to play OW2 anymore? Or am I forced to get a virtual number… That’s not a very future-proof solution. What happens once numbers start being recycled?
Edit: using my Google voice number wasn’t allowed, so I guess I’m just not allowed to play anymore…

You will need to contact Blizzard Customer Support to see if they can remove the number from the old account.
They will not take it off. I deleted my old account under Eu data protection laws yet they held onto my number violating my right to have my data deleted.
This forum only covers the Americas and Oceania, so we won’t have any guidance on that situation here. Europe has its own region forum and the players there may have advice for what to do next.
