This game has too much damage. Tone the damage down 10-15% would be perfect.

At this point they may as well make all heroes regen when not in combat, some have healing abilities with less DPS. Don’t have any tanks.

Make them all DPS, queue solved.

With one tank it’s going to be one massive brawl, less about when to engage strats and more about raw aim. Bad if you like some strategy in a FPS, good for those who just want to PEW PEW PEW.

Get rid of “support” idgaf (support main here)

The ttk in this game makes it incredibly toxic. You guys can make your precious OWL however you want but please focus on making the game play for regular working folk at least slightly on the fun side.

Tanks die faster than dps now. It’s honestly out of control.

Tanks are a large part of damage. 85 damage swing Reinhardt, 170dps high charge Zarya, roadhog hook, whole hog & shotgun, Winston AoE & proper leap melee animation cancelling

Removing a tank will lower damage considerably, and allow more space to be taken

Less shielding and space making and I can’t wait to get killed even more by turrets and random aoe damage. Looking forward to nobody playing support.

Acting like zarya doesn’t decay and have to charge up her weapon is just silly, and shows your bias. Zarya doesn’t do 170dps, end of story.

Agree on this one :+1:. I actually think roadhogs really bad for tanks. Not only does he provide very little protection, but he’s a tank buster.

What. Winston does 60dps. The jump damage is so low compared to the tank HP pool…

Now compare this to the amount of protection tanks provide. I’d much rather have a 500hp hero with armor, a 1600hp shield protecting me, than having to deal with 85dps less at melee range…

Tanks are a big part of the damage problem though. Removing one of them makes everyone take less damage. Even the single tank will now take less damage with 2 supports fixed on them instead of being split on another tank.

You seem to misunderstand his point. That tank-damage affects other tank players more. Every tank-damage buff they have given will reflect the hardest on the enemy tanks.

Yeah, it’s called arcade. Lots of fun modes for the working folk there.

If Blizzard would actually bother to roll back damage sure. However they seem to be obsessed with having a pew pew fast paced game.

I know they somewhat nerfed hitscan but this game still overflows with damage

I’m just saying that there are alternative outlets for super casual players. I won’t touch Total Mayhem, but I’m glad it’s there for people who do. Just… don’t bring Total Mayhem into the main mode…
