I’m curious if this is just a me problem or if anybody else has trouble with Ashe’s scope. When I scope in to shoot there’s a 75% chance my left click won’t register and I typically leave the scope right after so I miss some pretty choice shots. I figure Ashe’s scope has a unusually long set up time and that’s why but the timing never feels consistent to me.
EDIT: I don’t have this problem with Ana or Widow
And this does not happen with Widow or Ana at all? If any similar behavior is happening of any of the scoping characters, you might want to check your mouse to make sure that the buttons are not wearing out.
A number of targeting recticles are misleading and don’t conform to true precision on many shots, that and some wonky hitboxes on enemy targets. Could also be packet loss or lag.
This is assuming you have a functioning mouse and noting something happening in game and not hardware related.
I don’t have this problem with Widow or Ana
Ashe has been broken since release. Her hit reg is easily the worst in the game. It’s something about the animation and code not being synced I believe.
Yep. Its like when you click, the animation starts and the reticle does its “shake” . The impact happens later and if you are moving the mouse … its almost never exactly where you were aiming at the time you clicked.
Doesnt happen without scope. Its like the opposite of Ana :
If you use Scope with Ashe, you are a “fast projectile”. If you dont, you are a hitscan.
Ashe has had this problem since she was released, it’s nothing to do with the guy’s mouse. Maybe 75 percent is a bit of an exaggeration from what I’ve personally experienced but her hit register is so janky it’s unbelievable.
This is honestly a day 1 problem that people have had, including me and it’s just Ashe.
It’s baffling that it still hasn’t been looked at by the devs.

oh, I thought I was just imagining things. Figured going into scope was somehow throwing me off and just stopped trying to quick-scope all together lmao. I only play Ashe in MH anyways, and I’m not the greatest shot to begin with, so I never really thought too hard about why it never worked out.
The gun’s not firing. So 0% on these shots… haha
It sounds like it is a actual problem. Hopefully they fix it. I noticed it when released as well but I was convinced I was just bad(which is not not true).
Ashe has been broken, I play her a lot and I’m 99% convinced she’s just an extremely fast projectile. I can feel it worsen on high ping (when i play east coast) which makes it feel more so like a proj.
yeah ive always felt like ashe’s scope is messed up. My aim isnt great but its so much worse on ashe for some reason
