Ashe is very clearly inspired by that queen lady from the show…but they never showed BOB

I think B.O.B. is just styled off the general aesthetics of the minor henchman-type villains in Power Rangers.

Probably mythic BOB is more inspired by Kaijus than power rangers villains.

BOB is the only non-customisable part of the mythic lol.
From what I could see, the biggest thing in her kit that you would think would be customisable, is only re-colourable.
