Ashe leak for new event?

When using the Atlanta Reign away skin the profile icon next to the health bar is wildly different. its larger and hand-drawn (looks really cool actually) - she also appears to have longer hair. maybe this is a leak for the new archives event? where there are custom icons for the heroes we get to play?

I’m pretty sure they were just too lazy to make an icon so they used her concept art.

I’m looking at ther Atlanta Outlaws away skin in the hero gallery and she has no differences in visual appearance. Her hair is the same.

I hope every hero gets one, I want it so we can equip them so we can keep the current ones or get the drawn ones.
