Not saying she’s bad.
Just not as fun to play in OW2. Everytime i try her in OW2 it just feels “unfun” and i end up switching to another dps.
I think it’s because of all the speed buffs, mobility overall and heroes such as Kiriko and Sojourn.
Anyone else?
i always love playing ashe but she is more exposed to dive in 5v5. its a bad feeling when your getting dived and your reload takes a hour
It could be the 5vs5, yeah.
She was so fun to play in OW but in OW2 she’s awfully boring to play against most setups actually.
If they get close you throw the bomb at your feet and use coach gun.
I was onetricking Ashe since her release and up to ow2 release. She is not just unfun now, she is just heavy underpowered, undertuned and so on. I calculated back in the days, after all the nerfs she have lost about 37% of her damage potential, like raw damage stat. She neeeds her 85 scoped damage back and mercy damage nerf for her (15% instead of 30%) to prevent onetaps. She need her dynamite CD back to 10 from 12. She is just unplayable, because poke meta naturally do not exist in ow2 with supports and tanks being so overpowered, she just helps enemy supports to get their ults at this point.
I feel like she is one of the few characters who isn’t struggling due to 5v5s ridiculous changes. She feels fun when I do play her lately not really much different from OW1, I feel I am getting the same value I always have gotten with her. (I am probably gold elo btw but it just doesn’t feel different to me?)
Youd think the leader of a gang would have at least a somewhat modern gun in 20whateveroverwatchtakesplacein

I always thought she felt unaccurate and clunky, with a very long reload.
I think she just likes being vintage.
I agree with this so much and feel the same way. It’s 5v5 and one less tank i think and also Kiriko. I find her really unfun and not impactful.
Isn’t she all over the top 500 leaderboards. I could be totally wrong but I thought she was
She’s incredibly fun to play in OW2. 1 less tank means 1 less person blocking you with shields or contesting you (DVA 
) and you can also get off huge dynamites. BOB is also kinda a menace to society depending on the team comp, you can just send him in and get a backline kill or huge disruption.
Her reload sucks though, I wish it was faster per bullet.

I love playing Ashe. I just feel, that Sojourn and Solider can do her job better in OW2. But still prefer to play her, since I don´t play those two.
If SJ didn’t exist, she’d be meta.

Sure Ashe necessitates a Mercy pocket, but good God if it isn’t one of the most broken combos in the game, overshadowed by other more broken heroes.
If Widow/Cassidy had as many hitregs as Ashe, there would be an outrage, but Ashe has been the hitreg queen since launch. She’s one of my favorites due to the fact that she’s better at surviving dives than the others, but they need to smooth her firing out.
Ashe is painful to play as but i do love playing as her. shame the reloading is annoying to hell.
overwatch takes place in 2070-2074
I played ow in the early stages of the game and came back at the end and discovered ashe and fell in love I’ve played like 5 games with her since overwatch 2 released and I thought it was just me that felt this way thank you for opening my eyes 
(I switched to zen and lucio main)
