Ashe - damage at range (falloff)

I’ve started playing Ashe a little bit in the beta
I dunno if it’s just me - it probably is, I’m not used to playing DPS and I’m learning - but is her damage at longer ranges just kinda…pitiful?

Yeah, I can’t remember the exact range but she has an incredibly sharp falloff.

I feel like her damage falloff is a bit too much at times. If i double headshot a Widowmaker then I should have won that duel. It also makes Ana better at long ranges as she 3 tapping enemies, where as it could take Ashe up to 4 headshots+1 body shot to do the same.

i think its fine she has some falloff damage as with the rest of the hitscans but she should get some reverts on dynamite. cant remember the nerfs but yea she got some since inception

Have to agree with DrunkenJedi, her damage falloff might be harsh but she’s a monster at mid range. If you want to duel at long range, pick Widow.

Ashe can’t do damage at long range anymore. If you want a long range sniper Ana is a better choice right now

Ashe was my 1st otp that got to gm when she was just released with her long reload and mercy damage boosted scoped onetaps state. The thing is I haven’t been meeting a lot of mercys in solo ranked while I was climbing, and I felt pretty self-sufficient at solo carrying with Ashe on my 1st GM climb. I wish they would have reverted her scoped damage back to original state and just make that mercy can not damage boost Ashe’s scoped shots above 200 damage to prevent onetaps. Damage is way too low for her right-click shots, for sure + you have movement penalty + new falloff, and increasing her rate of fire by 0.05 do not make up for that. In ow1 she turned into farm bot, your existence is meaningless unless you farm your ult really fast, and that is now all her gameplay – just spam and farm with occasional final blows. In ow2 she gets even less value, because maximum what you will hit with your dynamites is one or two targets at best and everything just runs around. She feels playable only with turbo pocket from mercy.

It’s like 35m (or 30m) to 50m currently if I remember correctly?
