When using the Hangzhou Spark Away skin for Ashe, her normal portrait in the bottom left is replaced with a stylized one of her default skin. I have a screenshot of this occurring on Busan, but I can’t put links in my posts here and I don’t see a way to attach a file.
This does not occur with the Home OWL Spark skin for her.
This does not occur with either the Home or Away OWL Spark skins for Orisa.
This does not occur with either the Home or Away OWL Seoul Dynasty skins for Tracer.
I do not have any other OWL skins to test with, and I haven’t found any other skin for Ashe, or another hero, that replaces their portrait with one in the same style, though I don’t have all the skins for every hero and I am completely lacking in OWL skins, except for the ones I mentioned above, so I can’t conduct further tests.
