So I’m already seeing a select few YouTubers already claiming Ashe is better then McCree and 76. If this is the case what nerfs can I expect for her before live so i can decide whether or not I can continue to be hyped about a new hitscan.
her critical headshot damage will be the only thing nerfed, 170>150ish

That’s she’s better than Soldier and McCree doesn’t mean much seeing that both are not in a great spot atm.

Don’t see many nerfs coming, she’s not like OP. She just plays well and is fun.
How about we buff McCree and 76 instead of nerfing a character that isn’t even in comp yet

McCree and Soldier have to be tweaked a bit further to be brought up to speed just like everybody has been saying for months.
There is no point to nerf Ashe and make her useless like McCree and Soldier. Then we would have three useless hitscan Heroes, instead of two.

Be careful what you wish as buffing those two will bring us back when they were unstoppable.
I’m expecting this too happen as well.
Once she will hit live will we probably see players saying that a damage boosted Ashe can oneshot heroes with a critshot and should be nerfed.
Well, guess what? So can Hanzo! And he doesn’t even need to be damage boosted.
How about we wait a few weeks or maybe just till comp until we decide if Ashe need nerfs or buffs? I would hate to see her get the same problem Doomfist had after he was released which is being nerfed to useless.

I doubt they will nerf her so much as they will add more pointless quality of life buffs to McCree and ignore Soldier’s problem as they have been doing for a year plus.

Probably the scoped damage.
The dynamite needs some hud indication when is thrown too.
Honestly shes not to far to op when theres healer and shields in the comp her overall dps isnt too through the roof unless the skillshots are insanely on point. Shes gonna be good all around great on payload and 2 cp i think. She’ll eclipse soldier , her dps kit just deals with more threats imo. I would put her on par with hanzo
Probably TNT damage will be nerfed, it’s a bit silly how DoT plus the explosion does something like 170 so all you gotta do is melee to get the kill

I don’t see her being much better than Hanzo, and they both fill a similar role. Can’t see her getting nerfed too hard.
I highly doubt that they will nerf her before she hits live and/or comp. Either way, why do you expect anyone here to have the answer? We are all just as much in the dark as you are.

he’s “bad” for the same reason someone like widow is “bad”
you could play brigitte/new torb/etc and do so much more with so much less effort

Nah posts like these are just complaining of comparing dps to be the same just so the briggitte have an easy time eliminating all dps. If you nerf Ashe you must nerf who she counters and that’s briggitte. We all really know that your trying to make this too easy for briggitte honestly she’s fine the way she is.
Hmm, Bob is the only thing that feels a bit strong, but I’m yet to play with a normal team comp agaisnt her, with barriers and stuff, so my opinion might change after that.
It also seems to charge quite slowly. We’ll see.
