Ashe and Tracer

hello,

Now that we know alot of Ashe’s stats i was wondering, do you think ashe will be a good nuteral bad or a skill based battle against tracer?

I think it is a 50/50… as Tracer has the kit to avoid and completely neutralize Ashe.

Pretty even match up imo.

Really hard to say how it’ll play out in averages and stuff rn.

I look forward to it though. It’ll be fun af.

ADS headshot is a 1 shot on Tracer IIRC. Then you have dynamite potential for when she gets close, you’re at an advantage at outside of close range… Body hip fire will take what? 3 or 4 shots? 1 head 2 body shots?

Shotty for close range boop and distance maker…

Iunno tough call.

Tracer has mobility, but Ashe has a dynamite that deals damage over time so who knows?

At the highest tiers, I think Ashe will stomp Tracer. A quickscoped headshot can one-shot Tracer.

In the lower tiers, it’ll be more in Tracer’s favor. Ashe can knock Tracer back with Coach Gun, but Tracer will get three Blinks back in the time Coach Gun comes back off cooldown. Ashe will need to claim high ground and keep it in order to keep herself safe from Tracer.

Skill based. Ashe can one shot tracer with her scoped shots.

I’d say it’s even between the two, a good Ashe can pick her off pretty easily, but a good tracer will be able to just avoid her shots and pick her off.

I’ve been able to take out a few tracers, but haven’t tried playing against Ashe AS a Tracer yet

It really depends. If Ashe can sit back and take shots Tracer’s in trouble. If Ashe doesn’t have any teammates and Tracer is in her face then Tracer wins.

I’m curious if the coach gun damage stays. It’s around 90 right? That means two hip shots and the coach gun and Tracer is done.

The dynamite is another beast. It does enough to one shot Tracer but it’s slow over time. Any kind of healing will make it ineffective though.

tracer wins unless the ashe is a god

I didn’t know the Coach Gun deals damage.

At medium range and further, Ashe has the advantage. Close up, it depends on two things, Ashe’s ability to effectively use Dynamite with Coach Gun and her reload. It could force Tracer to use Rewind to clear the DoT effect, leaving the two with just primary fire for DPS.

This is where it gets sticky for Ashe.

If Ashe can land at least 4 hip shots, the win is her’s, but if she fails to land enough shots or Tracer is healed, she’ll be forced to retreat after at least 5 to prevent becoming vulnerable during lengthy reloads.

Tracer should be able to win most of the time.

And yes. I’m talking about a good tracer vs a good ashe.

Good, she can 1 shot headshot her.

Can Tracer just recall out of the burn effects of dynamite? And since she doesn’t have a stun, Tracer is gonna have the upper hand.

Unless the Ashe has some sick trigger finger.

I don’t know. Someone will have to find that out (Console).

Skill based battle against Tracer.

Coach gun does 75 damage and Dynamite does 75 damage so I’m thinking if tracer gets close she’s either going to be combod by Ashe or headshot by Ashe at a distance. But who knows tracer has a lot of mobility so she might be able to out maneuver Ashe

I think it’s still in Tracer’s favor.

She has mobility and can easily just blink back after Ashe uses coach gun, and just dance around her.

Ashe can 1 shot headshot Tracer. She also has coach gun. It’s a skill based fight but she is definitely very scary as a Tracer as she can basically quick scope kill.
