The anime is going forward without Ash and Pikachu as the lead protagonists, I’m glad to see change but I have to wonder what this is going to affect for the OW2 story campaign. I mean this retcons a good bit of Null Sector lore but maybe they’ll pull it off

What do you mean that retcons Null-sector, its actually much worse for McCassidy’s story, where does his love story go without Ash?

I wonder if she will start as pure Ice but then throw in steel and electric in a post game.
Thank god. Ash was somewhat compelling in kanto and johto but his character has pretty much devolved to “good spirited and stupid” over the past 20 years. Admittedly journeys was pretty good but we went through a lot of mediocrity to get there.

I think they should add Mewtwo to Overwatch. We’re no stranger to things floating or lab experiments, so he’s a perfect fit.

I’ve never really gotten into Pokémon, but I remember as a kid the animated show and it was so garbage. Pikachu just saying his name over and over as speech.
My best experience with Pokémon was Super Smash Bros playing Pickahu, Mewtwo and Ash (Mewtwo was the best).
Mewtwo moira looks dope, not gonna lie… I would actually play her a bit if I got that skin.
But still, they can make crossovers without Ash and Pikatchu. I don’t think that will change anything.
I’m glad they made journeys as a good note to end his story on but yeah
Long overdue for something different even if I personally do love Pikachu’s character

Ik it uses older mechanics but damn it’s a solid Pokemon game
