I bought an AriZona x Overwatch drink and use the redeem code, it supposed to be Mercy’s voiceline, but i didn’t receive it in my account.
I already bought another and this time a different error! ( You already have access to this product ).
I also contact support and they forced refresh my account two times , then told me to submit a bug report.
Please fix this, at least on my account
