Maybe, maybe not. Who could say? It is supposed to be the mid season, so I imagine they will give us some pendulum tweaks.
For new season changes they occasionally release them early seems like the announcements section has been dead for a while. They will probably drop with the patch release time 2pm EST

You knew what I did with A-Aron to get those Hog head… Shot buffs?
I’m disappointed they nerfed Hazard without at least buffing the lifesteal perk, that thing is basically never take.
It’s free value, but the other perk is simply just better
