Last night I tried to support a Doomfist player who constantly charged in solo as Kiri. Welp, I teleport to him to heal, only for him to jump away and leave me facing an angry mob of 5 opponents solo. Needless to say, I stopped doing that 
I tried to spread the infection they had an antidote
Are you doom or something
Are you staying in los, not forcing them to walk in los of a sniper, and are you actually getting kills? If not, you aren’t worth healing
They probably can’t see you or you haven’t communicated to them that you like to take off angles, or you haven’t done anything of value, so they aren’t going to waste resources on you.
