You click on the hero name and download the zip file containing all the voices for that hero. It’s literally the Overwatch page.
That app is dangerous. It wanted to take over my computer. Loads of spam, music take overs , had to stop it.
On overwatch wiki you can find sound files for every hero

Though sadly you can’t get like death sound files, if you wanted that for some reason 
I find death sounds funny in Overwatch. They sound playful to me. 
Like Mei sounds like she is falling into a mountain of pillows.
