Did anyone get unbanned after the 23rd April bug that caused players to get permad from just 1 game? It has been 5 days since and I have not seen any progress nor support is replying to my ticket. How is it for you fellas

Couple of friends and I are still banned, sent 3 tickets so far and none of them have been responded to…
Still banned here after the bug, it doesn’t look like blizzard cares about its customers. And tickets resolve nothing.
