Are the temporary Gamepass Rewards available in lootboxes?

This is a rather important question and it seems the devs have given 0 clarification or reassurance that this is not a issue that presents itself in the game.

The problem

  • Celestial juno is unlocked temporarily from gamepass
  • Is Celestial Juno available to be permanently unlocked in the lootbox despite the above point?

Given its one of the skins i wanted I asked support about it
First gamemaster told me

must need to inform you that you are going to receive each reward for each gamepass or promotion, also if you own another gamepass it doesn’t matter at all, because them are not related products.
(this was not the question)

2nd Gamemaster flipped the question around:

Note that you should not risk losing access to skins that are temporarily unlocked through the Game Pass if you open loot boxes right now.

so 3 gamemasters in the last one said

the article contains no mention of gamepass at all or this problem

So here we are making a forum post.
If this does not show the issue with the fact there is 0 clarification on this by the devs i don’t know what does.

If 3 support staff are completely clueless on how the system you just advertised actually work and how a previous system you implemented may impact it.

I hope I’m not alone being confused and hoping for clarification on this.
Until then if you are like me id say just cancel gamepass and tell microsoft this being why and let microsoft sort out their own studios fixing clarifying and ensuring systems we pay for doesnt actually harm us.

This wouldnt be a massive issue if it wasnt due to the sheer fact that disconnecting an xbox account means you cant relink it for 90 days.
So either screw yourself of 3 months of rewards from gamepass or cancel the gamepass subscription and open boxes then resubscribe if you want. Which is a massive hurdle.
