Honestly, what is the incentive for being a tank player in the last few seasons? For the last 3 seasons, I continue to improve, I get vods done to help out. I die less, my positioning is way better, my call outs are better, my peals for the team are better, my flexibility on roles is better, and I place lower and lower for the last 2 seasons.
I don’t understand how I can play worse in season 7-9 and place nearly diamond solo queuing, but now, play better than ever these last two seasons and place 400 SR lower for 10-11.
This on top of all the throwers, toxic players, no one in voice coms, private profiles so you can’t see anything anyone has done for the seasons past and present.
Seriously, can someone explain to me what is this matchmaking and SR system? It’s increasingly frustrating and making me want to stop playing ranked altogether because I improve, but it seems like the SR system does not favor me for playing a tank role in the slightest.
I can’t be the only one experiencing this in the last few seasons. Anyone else?
