Are null bind scripts allowed?

I have read the gameplay guidelines for overwatch and also read some forum posts but couldn’t get an answer to this question.
Most people seem to agree that hardware level null binds like Razer Snap Tap are allowed for competitive play and I have also heard of some players using 3rd party null bind scripts in ow2 claiming that it won’t get you banned.
I wanted to confirm if this is true before using such scripts in competitive play.
Thanks

please use it and get banned.

any scripts that automate mouse-clicks is illegal

Just give me that 1995 Microsoft mouse.

A null bind do-hickey. Sounds complicated and one more thing that can fail or get me in trouble.

Any scripting, even if seemingly innocent, is against the rules.

It’s why a lot of people got banned using Razer peripherals.

Gaming is in such a sad state. Hacks as a Service subscription models, scripting, and other gray area exploits. This comment isn’t directed at the OP because I don’t know what their intention is, but in general I wish people would just play the game and develop the skills without these crutches.

Def tired of Sojourn’s auto rail crutch that some people use.

Auto rail is absolutely game breaking moreso than widow aimbot. Autorail is getting way more widespread and while I learned to tolerate cheating in general (as it has become inevitable) I just immediately quit when facing soujorn with railbot.

Autorail, autodash combo, hands-free GPS blade, autoblink, autorecall, autohack, autoEMP, autodynamite, autorocket, autoprojectiles, autoDM, autograsp, autohook, autoshield, autobubble, autogold, autospear, autopunch, autoshock, autosleep, autonade, autosuzu, autolamp, autorez, autowhip, autopull, autowallride, simultaneous crossfade, automelee.

Autowatch 2.

Why do I get the feeling that this is how OW2 is monetized now. Not the store… but some cheat company where the revenue goes back to the same conglomerate’s profits. Would certainly explain why MS bought it.

I accused someone of this once without even knowing if it was actually a real thing or not. It was one of maybe like 5 times I ever openly accused someone of cheating in 8 years of playing this game.

The Zarya kept bubbling herself or a teammate exactly 1ms before I did any form of cc, ult, or heavy damage to them with superhuman reaction time. After the 5th or so time it happened I decided it couldn’t be neither skill nor luck. Good to know I was right.
