I know it seems like such an insignificant piece of lore, but I’d love to know if any Overwatch hero has made the pledge 
I personally feel like Brigitte or Fareeha could be a vegetarian or vegan.

I think Brigitte & Fareeha would eat meat as meat is a great protein source for their body building.
Winston won’t eat meat since gorillas don’t eat meat. He likes peanut butter & fruits like bananas.

But this is a really tough question… There is no way to know. Even hamsters can eat meat. Even Ganymede eats other animals I suppose…

There’s plenty of bodybuilders even today who are practicing some form of vegetarianism or veganism and they’re doing fine. I’m pretty sure in a future as advanced as the one from OW, this won’t be an issue.
It hasn’t been an issue even irl in the past; my favourite example is how professional gladiators were fed a special diet that consisted of mostly barley and fruit and vegetables in general, because the carbs would give them natural fat that served as protection against getting their internal organs damaged (because weapons would just cut through the fat, which is dramatic and all, but doesn’t actually damage the important bits). Professional gladiators didn’t fight to the death, they fought for the spectacle, so keeping them alive for as long as possible was the goal, therefore feeding them properly was of great importance. They had a prescribed diet that was, in loosest of terms, vegetarian; and I don’t think anyone can contest the idea that one would need extraordinary bodily strength and endurance to perform in these fights. Far more than in bodybuilding.
My standard answer to this is that Symmetra is a possible vegetarian due to her heritage and culture, but in truth, any character in the cast could be. Unless we take the cookbook as canon; there’s plenty of recipes with meat that state a certain character likes them, but there’s also quite a lot of vegetarian recipes. A lot more than meat ones.
And as I mentioned at the start, in an advanced version of the future of the setting, who knows. Perhaps progress has been achieved that made consumption of meat unnecessary (though I don’t think everybody would instantly give up on meat, as tradition is something that doesn’t go away in 60 years).

There is a patch on Roadhog’s jacket that implies he does not eat meat. Or at the very least, “No Pork”. It could just be a meme, but if it is anyone, it might be him. For the humans of course.
There is also Symmetra who may be a vegetarian.
Hamsters are omnivores. Hammond probably is too.
Winston is NOT a vegetarian. We see him and Tracer eating a turkey dinner in Reflections. I believe this is the only case of meat being consumed by a hero, correct me if I am wrong.

I think roadhog is theorized to be vegetarian or vegan?
Sometimes I think Mercy might try and fail at being a vegan for the sake virtue-signaling at some point in her life.
That does look like spaghetti and meatballs, but it is hard to tell. So we have 3 confirmed non-vegetarians, and everyone else is a mystery.
There may be mention of food in some short story I cannot think of.

Edit: Also Dva has in her cinematic some soups. There is something dark in it on the picture of the package. I dont know if this is some kind of meat. Someone who might be able to read it, could eventually know if this is meat or not.
If the product says something like “pork xy ramen” idk.

I think those voicelines are just memes. Especially Torbjorn’s meatball line. That’s just referring to Ikea (who has vegetarian meatballs nowadays.)

Ana Amari and Jack Morrison eat minced lamb meat in Bastet. Reinhardt expresses desire to eat currywurst (I think that’s sausage? Idk I’m not German) in Dragon Slayer. That’s the instances of meat consumption I can name off the top of my head

Every hero is vegan the majority of the time. Plant-based proteins and lab-grown meat ought to be ubiquitous by the time Overwatch is set.

If the cookbook tidbits are canon junkrat eats burgers (with beets and pineapple on it ) so I would assume his BBQ quote is relatively accurate to him

The choices characters make are important an important part of making them who they are. Overwatch characters could’ve just been different colored geometric shapes that emitted different after effects in a pale-grey maze. Instead Blizz chose to characterize them. And details such as what they choose to eat can be as important as what they choose to wear, or what weapons they use.
