I’m getting games instantly at any time of the day with overwatch classic. Even early mornings. But with arcade I’m still waiting at 10 min queue with 2 cp or CTF, no game yet.
Just make overwatch classic permanent at this point, it’s more fun and best of all there is no Orisa
Yeah, I couldn’t find a game for Assault aftet several minutes during peak hours the other night, so I had to give up. I think only Mystery Heroes (real MH, not RQ) sees consistent play in arcade.
Not surprised arcade is more dead while they have a very popular arcade mode right now. Why queue for 2cp when it sucks in general, but is even worse in 5v5. And can literally get it in owc right now.
I assume a popular arcade mode like total mayhem still has queues tho.
That’s because half the playerbase mistakes quick play for Arcade. If we moved half the playerbase over to arcade from quick play, that would reduce queue times for arcade and make the quality of matches better in quick play (for players who take the game semi-serious)
No I think you have it backwards
Half the player base mistakes QP for comp and/or practice mode…and the reality is that it is neither…it’s just a quick game of OW…whatever that means to you
IE - it’s going to be a hodge podge of approaches and just because it doesn’t line up with what you think it should be doesn’t mean those other players don’t belong there
There is no incentive to play arcade. In OW1 it atleast give 3 lootbox. Here it’s nothing. Apart from that modes are boring to play. I use to have fun when their was all brawls.
it’s almost like their not popular modes in themselves.
And that OW classic is has a much more “functional” Assualt mode, do to it being balanced around 6v6.
