Ideas:
MR Mercy again.
Junkrat fires tires and his ult is a big bomb.
Support and Dps swap roles.
Torb turrets are mini stationary AI controlled bastions.
Rein and Brigitte swap ults.
Cassidy and Ashe swap ults.
Kiriko and Genji swap ults.
Bastion and Hammond swap ults.
Zen gets a machine gun.
Mr mercy would be fun to see as well as level 3 torb turret.
All payload maps are backwards. You start at the end and push it to the beginning.
Or a REALLY wacky idea, similar to this one
Everyone starts at 1hp. Damage can only effect teammates, bringing them down to a minimum of 1hp again. Healing can only heal enemies, and once they reach max hp, they die. So damage and healing are swapped.
So Zenās ult would be rushing to the enemy with it and killing them all.
DVaās ult would bring your team down to 1hp.
Antinade would effect your team and make them unable to be damaged (healed) for a time.
Mirrored maps is my contribution. Additionally, for more chaos, make the payloads spin on the horizontal axis as they move forward. How fast they spin is the devsā choice, of course. I know Iām asking a lot for a small indie company.

Mercy beam is an auto lock 55 dps and her damage boost is instead a damage drain. Mercy can now guardian angel to enemies. Valk chains her beam to all nearby enemies.
Ana shots now have knockback and nade sets all abilities on cooldown. Nano boost one shots enemies.
Moira damage orb antis for 2 seconds and heal spray applies 70 dps+ residual āburnā. Coalescence now deals 140 dps.
Brigitte inspire now reduces enemy cooldown recharge by half while in radius and reduces healing by 25%. Rally depletes 25 Hp per second for 10 seconds to enemies.
Baptiste immortality field replaced with mortality field- antis enemies inside and dying inside results in a double respawn timer. Biotic launcher now deals 70 damage with splash falloff.
Kiriko suzu teleports you back to spawn. She can now teleport to enemies. Kunai damage now 50/150. Ofuda now stop cooldown regen while they are continuously placed on enemies.
Zen orb of discord now reduces weapon accuracy by 25%. Orb of harmony is placed on enemies to deal constant 35 dps. Ult now deals 300 dps for 3 seconds.
Lucio speed boost aura also slows enemies down. Healing aura now reduces enemy accuracy. Sound barrier boops all enemies within range at 3X the start of his normal boop. Landing on enemy with it one shots.
This could be a mini game in itself mercy goes evilš
