For the second time, I just queued up a competitive game on Xbox, and I got hit with the applying update screen. I let it sit there for over 5 minutes. Restarted the game, and now instead of the 15 minute ban I got last week when the same thing happened, I got a 60 minute ban now. This is ridiculous, and not fair because it’s an issue on your part, and not mine. And now my rank has to take a hit because of it. If it happens again, you are gonna ban me for the whole season, and I never quit a game. What will be done about this nonsense…
