After playing the new experimental patch for overwatch anytime I try and load into a competitive game it gets stuck at the applying update screen and then I get kicked. It has happened to all my friends and it is very annoying. I have lost 50 sr in open que and a support placement because of it. Please fix this and refund my sr linked to this account
That screen appears stuck if there is some sort of issue between you and the lobby server to get the correct game patch data for the Live game right after you tried to play an Experimental Card game. If this happening a lot, I recommend closing the game and try running a scan and repair as a precaution. Reversal of SR loss for technical issues are not possible.
