Appa Orisa’s new skin doesn’t show when its gold, jade or using her shift

I have the same issue
The same is happening for me. Its like this for all skins.
Not sure about the gold/jade guns, but the fortify effect still isn’t showing on her gun with the Appa skin after the midseason patch.
